Store Policy & Returns


All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In order to streamline our order process, we currently do not offer other payment methods.
All BC residents will be charged HST. Other Canadian customers will be charged GST /HST based on location.


Shipping Time

All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.
If we are unable to ship any products that you have ordered, we will notify you by email. You will then be able to choose from the following options:

  1. Have your order shipped as is. The item(s) that are out of stock will be shipped to you as soon as they are back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).


Canada Post Expedited™

Expedited™ shipping takes between 1-7 business days.
Orders over $50 (before taxes) are shipped free by Canada Post Expedited™ Service

  • Orders below $50 are shipped by Canada Post Expedited™ Service. Shipping costs are based on Canada Post shipping rates, which will be calculated and added to the shopping cart at the time of check out.
  • For faster shipping, you may upgrade to Fed Ex 2-day® or Fed Ex Ground® service. This will be calculated based on weight and destination. The charge will be added to your shopping cart at the time of check out.

USA & International

All orders will be shipped Canada Post Xpresspost™ Shipping, unless the Fed Ex International Economy® or Fed Ex International Priority® option is selected. The shipping cost will be calculated and added to the shopping cart at the time of check out.


How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and send you details for the return shipment.
  2. Include in your package: the tracking #, a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you may have paid on the order.


If your item is unopened, in like-new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
